Ed: thanks for your analysis. I believe the picture is encouraging. For 1999, I checked a couple of ratios on a discrete quarter basis: 1) Cost of Goods Sold as % of Revenue Qtr 1: 0.49 Qtr 2: 0.43 Qtr 3: 0.41 2) General and Administration Expense as % of Revenue Qtr 1: 0.22 Qtr 2: 0.36 (probably the move) Qtr 3: 0.11 These vital signs are trending good. Just hope the financing falls into place, to make the balance sheet look somewhat better. Saverio
