WCAP is a closed end investment fund that makes investments in companies like Worldgate which I believe is going to come public in an IPO soon. That is why I posted the URL for Worldgate.

I could be wrong about it being the correct company but I'm guessing I'm not. Check out all the information in the two posts and then think about what couple of million dollars worth of a stock at $2 might be worth if that same stock goes public and then runs to $40.

That is how WCAP is making money. I'm betting they quite astutely sold COOL shares back when it was trading in the upper $30 range.
