I was a pilot, field promo from 1st Lt to rank of Captain, USAF, during Vietnam. Matter of fact, I have a Bronze Star and a couple of Purple Hearts and some other painful memorabilia including the letter of nomination for the Silver Star. Of course, I was also blind and bandaged when they carried me off the plane, but there are days when I'd like to know who that person was in the crowd of protesters that spit on me. They called it Angel Flight, but I realized later it was the last plane to hell - the one that took you home. Sorry, guess I'm not in the best mood. I shouldn't dredge that up - better left buried with my friends. On the upside, my son's relay medaled today! John Lee -I think your process is stable, logical and should be quite effective. Being new doesn't imply that you can't be doing something right. lastshadow
