Re: Intel earnings for Q1

I think Intel should have blow out earnings this quarter.

The only concern is the recent CPQ statements regarding slow sales.

I think there has been a lot of folks waiting for the PIII instead of

just buying the PII's.

The server side of the biz is still exploding.

I think Q2 is when the problems start for Intel if AMD really ships adequate K!!!'s.

And if the K7 comes out on time and in volumes in Q2/Q3 then you have real problems for Intel.

Intel has great margins everywhere there is no competition from AMD.

They have lousy margins when AMD has competing products.

I will probably buy some Intel puts in a few months.

I can easily see a $50-80 price for Intel within 6 months if AMD delivers.
