<<. I can name plenty of "shady" companies on the NYSE, starting with Sunbean >>
First of all, I guess you mean Sunbeam.
The only reason that Sunbeam is "shady" was because of Al Dunlap, who has been been gone for quite a while. Sorry if I'm sensitive about this, but it's because I own quite a lot of SOC shares which I bought after "Chainsaw" Al was no longer connected with Sunbeam.

you need to re-read the guy's post, then take it and mine with a grain of salt: he said "every time i sell they go up". so to take it literally, the simple response is - don't sell. period. whether a person buys or sells is up to them, not me. And i bet myself $20.00 somebody would throw MSFT and INTC back in my face. I will be right back - i have to go check the dividend yield of Amazon, and a handful of other companies. Maybe you have the time to: and enjoy riding (Daytrading) all the tech stocks, some of us just can't do it all day long. To see DELL go up 10, down 10, up 8, down 12, up 14 day after day after day, like i said, some of us just can't do it. The ones you mentioned are exceptions to the rule, but to anybody out here that has had a MM jack with the prices of their stocks, we'd take NYSE listed stocks any day over an IDENTICAL company on NASDAQ. NYSE doesn't let MM-type crap go on. Maybe some day NASDAQ will fix that, but i doubt it. too much money flying around.
