Steve, Though I am glad to see a broker admit to channel stuffing, a month or two after the fact, there were several problems with the analysis. One was that he didn't notice problems in the channel until January. Heck, the channel has been announcing lousy quarters since November. And, the main problem, the one no brokerage analyst can bring himself to admit, is that there is weak demand for business pcs and consumer demand only if the prices drop like crazy. They simply believe weak demand can't happen, so when they see evidence of it, they ignore that evidence and look for something else. MB
