Dave,

I agree, things are essentially as they have been. I trust Irwin Jacobs though, there will be convergence. When that happens, considering the forces arrayed against them, the Q will have accomplished a lot. A lot hinges on what happens in court in Texas. My thoughts on this haven't changed, the Q is strong, Ericy's position is weak. When Ericy loses I suspect there will be a new W-CDMA and it will be very compatible with CDMA-2000.
