1- if price gets to 145, then that's within shooting distance from the conversion price. It
may attract a lot of buying then, since the bonds that are converted will be removed from
the debt, which of course is very positive to the business, even if dilutive to the shares.

Sarmed,

I may be a little dense on this issue but I can't see how the bond holders will benefit at this point. They do get stock correct? They would have to sell that stock to get their money back but that would be a lot more than a little dilutive. I better go back and read the terms of the bods. I am missing something.

Glenn

Don't you think that there is probably some delay before these can be executed? Often there is a waiting period.

There is a resistance level at around 145 that might hold. The volume on Friday was not spectacular. I think there will be serious resistance on the attempted move up.

Amazon/DrugStore.com will become leader in the pharmaceutical market by next quarter, IMO. They would have done it this quarter if it were not so late into it. But that is not saying too much - the PlanetX, Soma.com, and others are just opening their doors.

I plan to redeem my $10 in free money at DrugStore.com. The item I will buy, some Ginseng herb, costs $22.95 there and $18.95 at the lowest cost competitor web store I could find. With the discount it is still four-fifty cheaper (I have to pay the ~$1.6 WA State tax).
