Interesting. I joined 2 weeks ago, and had it within minutes. Funny. Maybe it helps to send them an email (eFaxadmin@eFax.com). Did u use a @yahoo or @hotmail email adress or your real one? I used the real one, thinks it doesn't like a yahoo adr.
