The RSI is set for 14 period. I do not actually watch the Trin chart, just monitor its value. If above .8 and definetly above 1 then the market will most likely move down. As I said, I do use RSI as leading indicator to the MA. But it is a judgement call. I have seen RSI peak, take a small dip and then go on so that would fake me out of the position. But if the MA's cross, it is exit time for sure.

The OEX is the SP 100 index chart. Not an indicator.
