You took the words right out of my mouth. For any one getting into this stock a must read is the Bridge Report at: bridgenyc.com
I re-read the entire report last night and I came to the conclusion that this is a lot more than a $ 50 stock.

Bridge suggests that a fair value is $13-$16 today. What concerns me is that Bridge attributes 85%-95% of that value to earnings/cash flows expected to be generated after 2003, which is likely after the next generation of set top boxes is created. It seems like an awful lot of value to be assigning to technologies which haven't even been developed yet, and which may well be developed by someone other than ACTV.

I suppose it will come down to these patents. Let's hope they're extremely broad.
