john: ++++++++OT+++++++++ Villa are in decline because (a) their team spirit has been badly damaged by the Collymore affair (if you want me to tell you about that I will) (b) because after a strong start under a new manager other teams have now learned to read their tactics (c) they had a very good first eleven, but not a strong enough squad to get them through the whole season of suspensions and injuries (d) they sold some of their best talent. My team, is also in a mess, but it is re-building and will be a force to be reckoned with next year.
