Yes; Every one owns less. Like I have said in the past read the last 10qsb. There is a nice table outlining the sinking debt and stock payouts. Not much mention of what happened to Holly's equity in the company. ( I think the officers took the stock instead of a salary) If I owned CWRC stock, I would do some serious investigation. Like a long phone call to Blackhawk's town hall. Ask about tax payments, Zoning, building permits and who the listed owner of the parcel is now. The management here has a long history of missing dates and deals falling though.
