Tony

I twice tried to use my existing account recently and something did not go right (sorry 24601) I also did not get an answer from the company. This concerns me a bit so I'm posting it 1/ so they are aware of this backoffice glitch and 2/ so others can also alert OUR company if they are not meeting their customer response obligations efficiently now....

Tony--Re: Wave's twice turning my application down for a Wave account.

I don't know if I have a legitimate ISP address or not (how do you tell?). My ISP is AOL, which you'd think would be "legitimate," but there's some reason my application didn't go through, and maybe that's it. Anybody have any thoughts?
