Insiders have already shorted their private placement shares according to a well informed expert on this thread. There is no overhang to sell now. They may start to exercise their options and sell those, but we still have a little time before that happens.

The question is, does Winspear have the diamonds in the bulk samples? Well, your guess is as good as mine.
