Well said Ish. I saved for retirement and worked as a workaholic in order to do so since I had no retirement plan. Iretired at 60 and decided to travel and enjoy the waning days. The next month had an aorta rupture and 3 months later was discharged from the hospital lucky to be alive I had very minimal bluecross coverage so was almost entirely wiped out. The irony is that tenncare would have paid the bill if I was broke. I was lucky to come out with a 2 year old Toyota which I still drive with controls. I had some pretty wealthy friends and my experience sent them all into retirement and traveling. We all need to smell the roses while we can.
