HandsOn. Please e-mail me at RKLlee@aol.com. We understand the pain you are suffering. Most FAMH sharehlders today are looking at losses of 70 to 90% of their investment, courtesy of Arif Adam. While FSAAA cannot guarantee anything except that if the senior management team at FAMH under the leadership of Arif Adam is left in place, there is one inevitable result....THE DOORS ARE CLOSED AND THE STOCK PRICE SETTLES AT ZERO. THIS IS NOT BASHING JUST A STATEMENT OF THE INEVITABLE.

FSAAA does not believe that this has to be the requiem for Firamada.

There maybe hope, but it is without Arif Adam, who, has clearly and consistently demonstrated his incompetence as a leader and manager of this company since it went Public....to everybody that is except WalterTx and his brave, uninformed followers (total of 16 shareholders, he claims)..... you ask how/why? There are many reasons, here are four:

1. The market cap of this company has been driven down by 95% in less than one year.... 70¢ to 3¢ a share, OK 4¢ a share.

2. According to statements made by the company's CFO at a meeting with three stockholders (I was one of them) and FSAAA's lead counsel Cleve Powell on 2/10/99 in Long Beach CA, the company is insolvent.

3. AA awarded himself a 10% bonus for driving market cap down by 95% and the company further into insolvency in 1998..... Yes I saw it with my own two eyes, a board resolution signed by AA granting himself a 10% bonus for his performance in 1998.

4. AA's compensation is over $300,000 per year.... to do what??

JOIN FSAAA NOW AND START TO SEE THE RECOVERY OF YOUR INVESTMENT IN THIS STOCK. CONTACT DAN PROVOST (dpp.dfw@worldnet.att.net) OR DICK LEE (RKLlee@aol.com) TO SIGN UP WITH FSAAA AND BRING REAL VALUE TO FIRAMADA.

OUR GOAL AT FSAAA IS VERY SIMPLE: REMOVE ARIF ADAM AS THE COB AND CEO OF FIRAMADA ASAP.

With best regards, LTBFV through FSAAA, Dick
