>>an I missing something?<<

Yeah, quite a bit.

PMTC is a Nasdaq company which has over 1B/year in revenues.

TSIG is a small OTCBB company which is expecting big revenues later this year. When TSIG has 40 or 50M in revenues, then 57M shares will not be a problem.

You are kidding, aren't you. The figures below represent the revenues and earnings
of your comparative stock. Are you OK?

Or are you suggesting that all the potential revenues of the announced deals are
a fait accompli? Wishful thinking, or you may have someting there. Actually if
our overhead stays relatively low and the revenues materialize, we could show $3
or $4 a share profit. Naw... never happen. Could it?

NcktheGreek,

Exactly my sentiments. God bless you. I hope you people who are spousing rs mean well, because rs SUCKS big time. It is a damn lose/lose situation for everybody. What is the hurry of being listed on the nasdaq. It will happen when the time is right and not thru the gimmikry of RS. Let the co and its leaders do what the are doing so far, which IMO is excellent to date. Let us not try to sidetrack them with this stupid idea of rs. Just look at the co's like usxp, bnez and others which have done rs not too long ago. Some have share prices now a lot lower than prior to RS. Please cut this SH*T rs business. Peace and good luck.
