Pat: This is a fait-accompli arising from the fact that going forward Siemens does not need CKY. It is more likely that Siemens will develop its own Net Mgmt software. It also implicitly means Siemens does not consider CKY's has a world class R&D program that is worthy of their continued Investment.

If CKY had a dominant leadership in Net Mgmt and if Siemens was that dependent on CKY, it is very likely that they would have mantained that goodwill by mantaining funding.
