My High Fliers portfolio consisting of :

MSFT, INTC, IBM, CSCO, LU, WCOM, DELL,
CPQ, EMC, ORCL, ATI, TXN, SUNW, HWP

All in the SPX on January 29, 1999 they were equivalent of 227 SPX points. Now they are 201 SPX points or 13% lower.

Now that does not take into account retail stocks like S, HD, GPS.

FDCPX was 78.05 on January 29 and now is at 68.39 or down 14%
