Hey michael, you dime a dozen section 8 broker you, MDIN is actually doing something productive and I've never had to bear with the empty promises made by the management at NPEC. Besides, without MDIN, NPEC will amount to nothing IMO they are too cash poor. According to reports I've gotten over the past 3 years, the management at NPEC have mortgaged their homes to the hilt and maxed out their credit cards to keep the company alive. MDIN is about to show SOME results, no just the promise of results.
