Jas could I get an honest opinion about the management and marketing aspect of this acquisition from you. Think it has a chance? Haven't got the slightest idea. And I wouldn't listen to anyone who thinks they do. A kid, let's call him Gill, gets a bicycle. Coolest on the block. And fast, too. Nothin' else keeps up with it. Well, one day it gets a flat. Not a blowout. Just kind of a slow leak where he couldn't keep it pumped up all the way, and every now and then he'd have to stop to pump it back up again. So Gill goes to the bicycle shop to get a patch kit. Instead he comes home with a headlight for his bike. He still can't ride fast, but he can ride at night now. Well, in a few months he goes back to the store for that patch kit. This time he comes home with a shiney new horn. Still no patch kit. By now other kids on the block have new bikes, except some of the poor kids who can't afford new bikes. One day one of the poor kids is looking at Gill's bike. "I could fix that tire up nice, and make that bike run good. I'd buy it, but you probably want too much for it with that fancy horn and flashy headlight." So, what's the moral of the story? If Gill would just fix the damn bike, he might be able to catch up, or even pass the rest of the pack. But if he keeps buying accessories for his bike, no matter how good they are , it will end up gathering dust in the corner eventually. __________________________________ On another matter, Tavros and lin huan chen, chill out.
