Yup you guessed it wrong------> ..and spare me your mathematical expertise pa-leeez.

'Nuf already with the market cap.

You took it wrong 'muchaco',I was already feeling good long before you came up with the Market Cap stories of this rather mundane 'box-maker'.

Here is THE Box-marker's Market Cap stacked up with some of the others,it is your pick as to where you want to put your money at but no more of this market cap business,at least come up with something new like 'high' P/E ratio of the Box-maker or something...Geeeez.

Microsoft = $379 Billion
General Electric = $328B
Intel = $200B
IBM = $157B
cisco Systems = $155B
The Box Maker = $101B
AOL = $ 83B
CPQ = $ 60B
GM = $ 54B
Amazon = $ 20B

Now who do you think got the best performing stock of the decade thus far ? Yup you guessed it wrong again...it isn't GM or GE-it is the little old 'Box-maker'.

Why do you think Fortune still think the 'box-maker' is still the stock of the decade and I quote:-

From Fortune Magazine: Feb 15, 1999

...'Stock of the decade: I said it last year and I'll say it again. The best-performing stock of the '90s (in the S&P 500) will be Dell. Stock is up 66,436% decade to date. Whoa! No. 2 is EMC, up 31,381%. I call that a lock. What? You say it's too late to buy Dell stock? That's what you said last year, and all it's done since then is triple.....

Now get a load of this to go with your self professed mathematical expertise!

'....If you were to look at all the companies in the world with a large market capitalization, you would find that 82 of them grew their revenues and earnings consistently in excess of 10 percent per year for the last three years. If you raised the bar to find companies that grew their earnings and revenues at 30 percent per year for the last three years, you'd find only 11 companies. If you raised the bar even further, up to 50 percent, you'd find only one company. And I'm proud to say that was our company, Dell Computer Corporation......'

Michael Dell,CEO of 'just a Box-maker'.

BTW The box-maker generated $18 Billion worth of business in fiscal 98 with little or no money of theirs,how many companies do you know that can do that,GM? I think not, sorry no cigar for you yet.

Can you come with any company other than the box-maker who can show a consisent ROIC of +100%, from the above list or any other list you may have,naaaah not 'your' GM not even close.

How many companies do you know who has a negative 12 days of cash conversion cycle...come on put your mathematical expertise to work man.
