impristine -- what you may or may not see is that we don't save enough to pay for our standard of living, so we spend every cent we have and then ask the good old boys in Japan to lend us some more so we can have a great party -- 'investing' in AMZN, drinking beer and watching our portfolios grow cause we don't have to worry about where the money is coming from as long as uncle Yoshi just keeps plowing it back into the accounts of the good old boys in the good old US of A. The idea that they would sell and go home -- man, they wouldn't dare cause it would spoil our party. Well, uncle Yoshi seems to be say up yours party boy, our money is bound for Tokyo and you will have to buy your own bonds from now on -- if the long bond hits 7 percent you will be posting your suicide poems again. If the market goes up -- raise cash.
