TO: Judge Renq (445) Sunday, March 07, 1999 From: Elbos I am a WWWC investor who just joined Silicon Investor today. I had to agree to SI's terms, which include the following: "... agree not to use the service for illegal purposes or for the transmission of material that is unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, tortious, improper or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes, or may infringe the intellectual property or other rights of another." Under what kind of an exemption do you write? You call yourself a judge, but you seem to behave not only as a judge, but also as a jury and an executioner as well! If you are a WWWC investor, as you say, why in the world are you doing everything possible to destroy WWWC as a viable investment? If Peter Michaels were to go to jail, how does that benefit you as an investor? How does that benefit me and all of the other investors? If you have the capability to lead WWWC into the 21st Century, why don't you do something CONSTRUCTIVE, and offer yourself for election to the Board of Directors, representing us less-knowledgeable investors? We investors did not invest our money to win a Pyrrhic victory. If you want to sue Peter Michaels, and try to destroy our company, don't claim to be doing so on behalf of the other investors! Such stupidity is certainly not in the best interest of all of us investors. Judge Renq, if you have talent, creativity, ability, vision and skills, please use them in a POSITIVE way, so that we may all support your efforts!!! BE PART OF THE SOLUTION ---- WE ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS!!!
