SEC needs to run a trace, find out who this is, check their trading records, and if they 'front ran' the stock, confiscate the money.

EXACTLY it is so easy it is a joke. But then the SEC is a WORTHLESS BLOATED GOV'T BUREAUCRACY so they won't spend one ounce of energy to merely look at the trading logs and see WHO buys the blocks of stock just before a stock takes off... and then put them in jail.
