An apartment building is an aggregated pull so you get more revenue per effort by selling to the apartment complex. If only you subscribe, TCI will put you at the end of the priority line. If many residents there sign up, they should be able to get it in on schedule. The service rep would deny such queuing, but it has to be done that way. As a stockholder I'm sure you can see why, and I'm sure you will be patient. Consider, if all potential subscribers were stockholders, there wouldn't be any complaining.
