"only the oblivious would not recognize it as a short's scare tactic."

I always get a kick out of folks wyho think that a short seller has to engage in 'scare' tactics. The phrase 'accounting irregularities' should be scary enough.

"With the strong recovery of last week, it could easily be pullback time. "

A lot of folks call that phenom a 'dead cat bounce'.

And their posted target price of $1 1/2 is being so sensationalized that only the oblivious would not recognize it as a short's scare tactic.

Toby, I just finished reviewing the post you referenced. The poster did not say $1 1/2 was a target price for PDX. Rather, it was FP stock price weeks after Mr. Pink shorted the stock.

Now, if the rumors about PDX's overly aggressive billing practices turn out to be true, you'll be lucky to get $ 1 1/2 for your shares.

Regards,

Tom
