"So what you're left with is material information that isn't time-sensitive. Must be DLT spin-off..."

I hope you are right and not merely spinning wishes. The fact that it is being called for Monday morning does suggest something positive; Friday afternoon is for negative news. Still, seems funny to me that nothing has leaked--easier to leak good news than bad.

Could be a pre-announcement, linked with reassuring words, and a stock buyback? Or could be they are buying Finis out as a pre-emptive move, and will put him in charge of the drive operation with an option to buy in the future? Could be....?

Yikes, I'm making myself crazy. I'm outta here, won't think out it until tomorrow.

<Very funny.>

Glad you liked it. Just checking to see if you were there. :)

DLT spin off. After all this time. So, is the drive business worth anything? Maybe they have sold it to MKE? Wasn't long ago we were speculating about Sony or some other big Japanese company buying a drive maker to make consumer goods.

So, you think there's no way they announce a bad quarter with a conference call.

Maybe they announce the SDLT is ahead of schedule and will start shipping next month? Still like the one about APM for $15.

Regards,

Mark
