Well if we manoeuver the Missouri down to near their ports and send a delegation with Jimmah Cahtah to suggest to them that they invoke the progressive "Apex Law", originating in Montana, that allows the "main vein" to be identified as from the property that it eminently emanated from (ours). I am sure they will see our point and hand us the profits from the adjacent mine.

Brontie stomped properties worldwide need not rejoice as they need reasonable governments who can see the point of our skillful negotiating teams. Apex made Phelps Dodge, Anaconda and many a lying geologist rich. (Valley of the Copper Kings) This is where they definitively proved that the geologist of all the professions could, with scant science, fool the courts best. Of course, money may have had a hand in it.
