Obviously the Atridox kills the bacteria and so it should be harmless to the rest of the body...or maybe a free radical problem?

Scaling and root planing probably leaves behind bits that can fester. The addition of an application of Atridox would likely be very beneficial. Actually, the possibility that scaling and root planing might become at least largely a thing of the past seems very real to me since additional long term treatment with Atridox may well prove to finish the job.
