If a news with concrete information is released then a Poppo through the Top Bollinger would be Bullish, The charts and EMA would create an ascending Triangle,(and a new base) I believe PNLK would be wise to release news if it is available, But who believes anything posted on Yahoo?? They are wrong 95% of the time. I feel at this stage in the game all bases should be covered, Holding a core position with Cash on the side for Purchases when the above scenario happens, and also cash incase the MMs pull the Carpet out from under us.. This is my personal strategy for the short run..
