1. No market orders on a buy - NEVER 2. Do not buy in first half hour 3. Set a sell limit and sell it if it reaches it. This is a mental number. The MM's will move to a sell limit to take the stock if it is increasing in value. Remember this is the wild west of stockmarkets. 4. Always secure a profit 5. Never fall in love with a stock. Chances are it has more than one lover and will be unfaithful. 6. On a fast momo stock take 1/2 out on a double and own the rest for free. A few of the BB rules I use.
