W$W guru Ralph Acampora is bullish on the market after the interest rate cuts by the feds and said investors should use any market dips to buy stocks. ''I would be a buyer of the blue chips and some technology stocks such as Microsoft, Compaq and Dell,' he said. Interesting since he carries a lot of visibility. Also, interesting article on how the Linux system my pose a much bigger threat to MSFT than the Justice Department - at least according to some. But Linux is unreliable now.
