Anyone interested in MXTR should spend some time with the S-3 from their secondary offering:

sec.gov

Look at the revenue and earnings growth, market share growth, growth in percentage of sales to major OEM's, gross and net margins, and on and on and on. MXTR made .47 in 1998 and they will double that this year (if not more).

The only complication I see is Hyundai selling more of the MXTR stock they still have (existing shares, not new shares).

Unless I am missing some enormous piece to this puzzle, MXTR is a Screaming Chicken Buy at 8 1/4. Any contrary opinions out there?
