<<Winzer said that Canadian securities laws prohibit him from making price predications.>>

I tried to send you the same explanation that I gave to SilverBug via PM; but it does not appear that you signed up for that option. But basically, I'm an unemployed mining engineer in between jobs presently enrolled in the Canadian Securities Course (waiting for exam results) hoping to land an Equity Analyst's position with a brokerage firm.

In a nutshell IA's are prevented in "making an undertaking of ,the future price or value of a security". But I know of no reason why Bill can't do it, unless he is working with inside information. I know that Andre, as a director and officer of ECU can't make the same claims.

Anyway, this is the end of discussion on this subject. I fully support Bill's right to make his calls.

As a miner, I can relate to the adventure he experienced in his recent mine visit. Some people do not appreciate what miners have to go through to put bread on the table. Analysts typically get a "best picture possible" scenario; because the mines are usually cleaned up in advance of a mine tour. Bill did this Indiana Bill thing once. Miners have to do this every working day! Way to go honorary miner Bill.
