Lynn. I agree with what you've said. I do believe for all the brokerage houses that there are several levels of interest shown to clients based strictly on the amount of money invested and the resulting commissions. I would be surprised if any of them, in this case, issued instructions that would trickle down to the "average little guy customer." It would be strictly the big dollar, and favorite, customers that get that benefit. It's just my opinion that there was no way, with a day and a half notice between the warning and the downgrades (when we little guys learned what was going on) that the brokerage houses did not protect their clients that had huge amounts invested.
