Jason, It looks like buy under .10, and sell when anticipation of a decision happens. I made a ten bagger on the recent run up. That is after tax money. It allowed me to get out completely in that account with a wash. I bought 5000 with the hopes of averaging down cost without adding money. I got more than I expected. Information is hard to come by. I have my doubts about upper management. I hope the consulting firm can knock some sense into them. They do have good people in the technical side. There may be many times to do this until something is decided.
