Remember that Level II for OTC and listed stocks is different. Make sure you check for dynamic OTC Level II. People will think you're crazy just asking about dynamic Level II, because that's everywhere for listed stocks.

Also, you can download myTrack and check it out for free. You can look at MSFT for free for Level II, and MVEE for free on OTC BB.
