Apparently you forgot your elementary school math. 5,000,000 + 3,000,000 = 8,000,000 shares issued after the reverse split. So how is it the issued and outstanding is only 8,426,647? And how is it the stock took a huge dump right after the 11/22 filing? This is the RIHI thread after all. Or did you just come here because you have a crush on Janice?

'Sup with this "have you made an investment decision" crap? The consultant did a "fine job"? Why would anybody capable of doing a fine job bother with such a company filled with malarchy? I mean why not work on real companies?
