Dennis, good question, I don't have an answer for. If this goes to a verdict,DIMD will probably win and the RIAA will be paying DIMD royalties for the next 200 years. I don't know how stubborn the RIAA is,they banned MP3.com from advertising at the Grammys. I think if the RIAA thinks they are definitely going to lose,and lets say some big heavyweights come out backing MP3,like MSFT,then they will persue a strategy of something is better than nothing.
