3com's biggest opportunity, IMHO, is in internet appliances. One of their first is the Palm VII, due out later this year.

Yes, look at a chart of the stock market since 1900 and then overlap that chart with a chart of the yearly population since 1900. It looks really similiar. Actuall bull markets last 28-30 years and bear markets last 12-13- years. Look japan nikkee average was at like a high of 38,000 and then crashed over like two years and now 7 years later it is still down and won't begin to move again for another 5 years. When the run is over it will be a rough bear market. I will transfer al of my IRA funds to IRA Bonds or guaranteed securities. Then jump in in 12 years. Remember a small profit is better than no profit.
