Blue found on the net, and posted, some explanation of how, chemically, the lecithin prevents gastric irritation from aspirin. I know lecithin is supposed to be a good thing to take anyway, but don't remember why, and we only take it with aspirin ourselves. I take the chondroitin sulfate and gluosamine with each meal, and that makes remembering it easy. If it's too much to remember to take the combo at lunch, when you're at work, maybe you could just do breakfast and dinner? I think two or three times a day is recommended. I should think that any amount you took, consistently, would be better than none.

Remember that it does take several weeks for the effects to be felt.
