" The Existing Tax Computer System is 25 Years old and Can't Function after 1999. A New System is being Implemented to Maximize Efficiency, Provide Better Customer Service and Solve Y2k Problems." This statement came along with my property tax bill yesterday. (Snohomish County Washington) Well, at least I know I will be able to pay my property tax. : ) (that is, if the banks and post office and electricity are still working)
