Bully,

The company is working on becoming a reporting company. First
MDIN and then NPEC. After they do become a reporting company,
what are you going to complain about then?

Ken

Ken,let's wait for the big day ("reporting Company") then I'll address the question at that time , in the meanwhile I hope for the Shareholder's sake that the "assays" come out smelling like roses.

"BULLY"

When I took a law class (101), a corporation has the same legal status as a person. Therefore has the same right to stand against libel and slander. That is what that lawsuit is about. Seem there were some thing said that were known to be false when they were stated and MDIN is doing something about it. The burden of proof is upon the plaintiff MDIN in this case. Will be interesting. J
