SD, I think part of the problem is that very few understand exactly what a reverse merger is and how it would impact the share count of TSIG and its shareholders.

Since it has the word "reverse" in it, everyone immediately connects it with reverse split.

Personally, I would have no objection getting to the Nasdaq that way IF it would not reduce my share count substantially. Otherwise, I would rather wait for the revenues to accrue and for the stock price to rise on its own. I certainly would not want to see a reverse merger before the stock price was at least stable at 2 or more.

However, I think we all agree with RG that the sooner we are off the OTCBB, the better. But we don't want to give away cheap shares to do it.

ADakota-98,

I have heard about reverse merger, but I have never been in a situation where RM occured. I just believe in patiently waiting for the fruition of all the efforts of tsig's hard work which by itself will get us to nasdaq listing in time. Let us not rush. I have been patient for a long time and I am willing to be patient for another year or so as I know I will be handsomely rewarded in the end. That is all I am trying to say. From what I have read so far on this thread RM is gimmikry to me. I'd rather we do it the old fashioned way, earn money and acquire a good co with the right fit for tsig. peace and good luck.
