Like a poor marksman jeffrey keeps missing the target. Glad he's not he president of any companies I invest in. Let's go to Market Capitalization 101. Here is the Edgar link that plainly shows as of RIHI latest filing edgar-online.com there have a TOTAL ISSUED AND OUSTANDING NUMBER OF SHARES OF 8,378,821. Of that 5 million is restricted and was issued for debt. and 3 million was issued to a consultant. The remaining shares are the result of a 100 for reverse split that was effective On January 17, 1998. You can bitch and moan all you like jeffrey but those shares have been issued and clearly show on the latest 10K filing. So duh to you moron. Good riddance. Does anyone know if janice has made an investment decision. P.S. it was much more fun embarrassing you jeffrey.

Boy you are really stupid are'nt you jeffrey. Try as I may your just so stuck on yourself you can't get out of your own way. If the company had issued more shares then they would by law have to be in the 10K and there not. The company has fully issued the 5 million and fully issued the 3 million S-8 shares as is clearly evidenced in the latest 10K. That's why the company has 8.4 million issued on a fully diluted basis. Don't believe me, call the president Jan Oliver @ 602-826-8681. After speaking with him I know your interpretation of the filings is dead wrong. Nice try jeffrey but your shoddy detective work shines through again. Thanks for showing all the RIHI watcher's what a moron you are. Doesn anyone know if janice has made an investment decision?
