James,

<<<perhaps GME (and EXL) shareholders should join forces and bring a class action suit against the operator for lost share value due to foot dragging. It happens here in the US all the time.>>>

Do you still have the number for that lawyer that is spearheading the Bre-X class action in Texas? Maybe we can pass it on to RM. I hear that in Texas, in addition to generous settlements, the losers get dragged behind pick-ups tied at the ankle with chains. LOL. We know that Nesbitt is not looking foward to that decision.

It is indeed frustrating that this is dragging on for so long. It is pass the point of being riducilous. Maybe if we can cite a couple of cases, we might get GME's and other well heeled shareholders of both companies to get something going against the foot draggers? Maybe we can call in Bill (Indiana Jones) Murphy of GO GATA.
