Hi Tradenride,

You're most likely in need of a 72 pin SIMM. Most generic RAM would suffice, but you might want to check with IBM support to ensure that your model number will support it, or will it need IBM specific RAM (can and does happen)

You can always bring the system into a local shop, have them toss some 72pin SIMM's in there and test it out. Might get lucky and not have to worry about ordering an exorbitantly priced IBM part.
