Daniel to your dilemma with legal advice. 1. First off, if you were doing any thing wrong they would have been all over you after the CNBC spot. 2. I ran a finical newsletter on fidelity funds. And when I went through what your going through, I found out that as long as your only giving advice, There's nothing they can do “FREEDOM OF SPEECH” But as soon as you start handling other peoples money there all over you. Stick to only giving advice, and you will be fine . 3. If you still have the CNBC spot on tape run the spot on the government's point of view it's up to us to weed out the good from the bad.
